Ayla Karaca is Whole Whale’s Digital Advertising Fellow. As she flows through her training program, she aims to absorb the impactful practices our organization follows. Ayla highly aligns with our shared goals to bring value to the amazing clients we support!

They received their BS in Business Management at San Francisco State University where they took on leadership roles as the VP of Operation at MOBS and as a founder of a start-up in SFSU’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fellowship program. She also saw the opportunity to gather a community of artists and art lovers producing two art shows for students to enjoy during her time there.

Community is everything to Ayla and working with others to positively uplift people in need is a passion of hers. They have personal relations with people who have started orgs for great causes, like feeding local unhoused neighbors in the Bay Area and rebuilding villages abroad. Ayla has supported these initiatives with internal optimization of processes and web development.

Outside of work you can find Ayla spending time with people she loves, talking about life and the world, constantly stretching, singing, writing lyrics, dreaming about the Mediterranean Sea, and learning languages on Duo Lingo.
