Consultants juggle massive amounts of information, insights, and deliverables — but what if AI could help you think smarter, not just faster? Instead of treating AI like a basic tool, you can transform it into a strategic thought partner to help you brainstorm ideas, refine strategies, and unlock new levels of impact for your clients.
This beginner-friendly webinar will introduce you to practical ways consultants can integrate AI into their workflows and build a real “thought partnership” with AI platforms—no technical background required!
We’ll cover the fundamentals, including:
- What do we mean by AI as a thought partner
- Practical ways AI can support research, ideation, and client deliverables
- How to design better prompts for deeper and more insightful outputs
- An introduction to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) through “agentification” and why it matters for consultants
- Tips for using AI ethically and responsibly in your consulting practice
This session is designed for consultants new to using AI and who want to go beyond basic use of AI to unlock its full potential in their work.
Note: The webinar will be conducted online, and registered participants will receive a confirmation email containing the webinar access details. After the webinar, we’ll share the recording and deck with registered participants.
