What We Did
Whole Whale collaborated with the University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) team to configure a unified tracking system across multiple platforms, streamline the reporting process, and build internal capacity for future digital growth. We created a funnel of engagement that tied together the various campaigns in order to architect analytics tracking that surfaced the most important metrics for the UDAR team to understand content and financial health. We set up a sophisticated tracking system, binding together multiple campaign analytics and Convio donation data, that for the first time allowed the UDAR team to see revenue data alongside web analytics. We created a high-level dashboard that is sent automatically to the UDAR team every week so that key stakeholders have transparency into important metrics, thereby democratizing data access and understanding.
