Our Values

Share, don’t hoard knowledge. We know that a rising tide lifts all boats. We value transparency and share our expertise openly with the nonprofit community.

Follow the data. We are inherently curious and love to learn. We uncover data to get at the root of any problem or opportunity, and let that guide our path forward.

Focus on the future. We keep our eyes trained on outcomes to ensure the work we’re doing matters and is having a positive impact for the future.

Find the efficiency. Time and resources are often limited. With so much technology at our disposal, we’re adept at finding the right tool or approach for the right moment to get the results we need.

Be good humans. While we work with technology everyday, our work is more often about the people and communities we serve. We stay honest, kind, and strive to meet people where they are. We are generous with our time and energy to help others succeed.

Whole Whale is deeply committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team. Read our DEI Commitment.

We are also a proud member of the B Corp community, scoring highest in the “Workers” section covering areas like Compensation, Benefits, Training, Ownership, Communication, & Flexibility.
