Our Values

Share, don’t hoard knowledge

We know that a rising tide lifts all boats. We value transparency and share our expertise openly with the nonprofit community.

Follow the data

Be good humans

While we work with technology everyday, our work is more often about the people and communities we serve. We stay honest, kind, and strive to meet people where they are. We are generous with our time and energy to help others succeed.

Focus on the future

We keep our eyes trained on outcomes to ensure the work we’re doing matters and is having a positive impact for the future of our clients, teams, and the world.

Whole Whale is deeply committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team. Read our DEI Commitment.
