The Challenge

VolunteerMatch is the most trusted resource for volunteering in the US, and in order to continue to be a great resource they were interested building their reach to for-profit companies. To this end, the organization was interested pulling in outside expertise to evaluate and optimize their strategic use of Google AdWords.

What we did

In 2014, Whole Whale evaluated the Google AdWords spend of VolunteerMatch. We helped identify several opportunities to restructure the spend to drive increased revenue for the organization. This was done by analyzing existing traffic behaviors based around keyword performance in Google Analytics. We also did deeper analytics and trend analyses, unearthing corollary terms the organization could explore.
