How do I use a promo code?
On the checkout page below your cart you will see the following message: Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code. Click that text and it will reveal a field where you can enter your code. Be sure that the capitalization matches exactly. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to confirm that the coupon was applied.
How do I find my password or username?
If you are new to our platform, you will be asked to create a username and password within the checkout form. After you complete your purchase you will receive 3 emails from Whole Whale including:
- An invoice of your purchase
- A confirmation of your account creation with your username and a link to your profile page
- A welcome email with instructions
Be sure to check your spam or promotions folders if you do not immediately see these emails. Once you have an account, you can access your account area to view orders, change your password, and more at: wholewhale.com/my-account/courses/.
Where can I find my courses?
Once you’ve created an account and purchased a course, you can login and see which courses you are enrolled in on the University page. You can also view your profile page to see your courses and track your progress.
Why is my “My Course” section empty?
Occasionally, it takes a few minutes for courses to appear on your profile page after purchasing an all-access subscription or signing up for our free account. Check back in a few minutes, if they are still not there try clearing your cache.

Do you offer certificates or LinkedIn badges?
Yes, upon completion of the course (all lessons and quizzes), you will receive a confirmation email with a link to add a LinkedIn badge to your profile.
