137: Our Employee Gave 3 Months Notice – here’s why

This episode comes from inside of Whole Whale where our Digital Analyst whaler, Jack Downs talks about why he gave 3 months notice to George (founder of Whole Whale). It is Whole Whale’s requested policy that employees give 3 months notice, something unheard of in standard 2 weeks notice HR policies. This conversation explores the reasoning, the drawbacks, and makes the case for longer notice.
